1. What does the Gold Package offer?

The Gold Package offers you full access to our online platforms, support modules and your own support manager on a bi-weekly basis. Modules support each stage of your application process, as well as a wide range of practice tests for:

In addition, you have access to your own dedicated support manager, who is accessible 365 days a year, and can guide you with each stage of the application process, narrowing down your target employers, CV and cover letter support and a virtually limitless amount of guidance.

3. How is the 95% success rate calculated?

4. How do you offer this level of support for just £400?

We do not spend large sums of money advertising, and we keep our overheads as low as possible, relying on word of mouth for many subscriptions. We pass this cost saving on to you, as we understand the financial pressures of student and graduate life. 

In addition, we make a commitment to cross subsidise the price of our services, with the various large corporate contracts that we undertake. These have been with HSBC, HM Treasury and The IoD, to name just a few.

5. What if I am unhappy, can I cancel?

We strive to deliver the best service that we possibly can for you. In the very rare case that you are unhappy with our service, we offer and absolutely no quibbles 14 day refund policy. Thus, should we fail to meet your expectations for any reason after signing up to our services, you are able to gain a full refund within 14 days of your subscription beginning. 

6. How long does your service last for? Can I use it for multiple job applications?

Our gold support package provides you with the access to our online platforms, and your own dedicated support manager for a period of 12 months and for as many roles as you apply for in this time period. Should you wish to renew after 12 months, then simply speak with your support manager, and they will happily extend this for you 

7. How do you differ from University career services? 

We actively work with top level university careers services, to enable their students to access our services remotely wherever they may be in the world. This was particularly useful during the COVID-19 crisis.

However, the main way in which we differ is the following:
